Cookies

In short

The Map only uses cookies it needs to work: to keep you signed in and to keep bots out. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or third-party analytics, and our usage statistics don't use cookies at all. Because every cookie we set is essential, we don't show a cookie banner.

The cookies we use

• Sign-in session (set by keybox.ae). Keeps you signed in and lets us sign a device out. Lasts until you sign out, or [30] days after you last used the Map.
• Security and bot checks (set by Cloudflare on keybox.ae, for example __cf_bm and cf_clearance). Tell real visitors apart from bots and protect the Map from attacks. Last from 30 minutes to about a day.

Settings on your device

The Map also keeps your start area, recent searches and map settings in your browser's local storage, so it opens the way you left it. These stay on your device, aren't sent to us, and are cleared when you sign out or clear your browser's data.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the Map can't keep you signed in without them. If we ever want to use a cookie that isn't essential, we'll ask you first and update this page. More about how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
