Delete my account

Ask us to delete your account

Enter the email address you signed up with. We'll email that address to confirm it's you before anything is deleted.

What happens next

• Once you confirm, all your devices are signed out straight away and you can't sign in with that account again.
• Within 30 days we delete your account, sessions and usage history. Our backups roll over after a further 30 days.
• We may keep records we must keep by law, or that relate to an open misuse case, for as long as explained in our Privacy Policy.
• Settings saved in your browser stay on your device until you clear your browser's data.
• You're welcome to sign up again later with a new account.
